ART FROM THE HEART, One To One Intuitive Art Holistic Session is designed for everyone who loves art and wants to discover beauty of intuitive art and its healing properties. Painting From The Heart can help support the inner energies, open the door to unknown ( place where we create from ) and connect with our inner self more deeply.

It is based on 1x 90 min online session, so you can do it from the comfort of your own space. Each lesson is conducted via Skype, Zoom or FB messenger, of your own preferences.

Each session is crafted individually for you with guided medication channelled especially for your needs

During this time we will focus on:

- connecting with your inner self via art

- painting intuitively and researching the inner stillness within

- learning new art techniques and refreshing the old art knowledge

- meditating before each painting session to be fully in the present moment focus on the heart space and breath

- discussing the art process and any issues related to art or inner development

- have fun and laugh too, constantly improving and raising the vibrations

Session will include:

1) Guided meditation crafted intuitively by me on the day of the session

2) Art tips and techniques

3) Connecting with your own inner light and painting from the heart space

4) Guidance and support from a professional artist

5) Learning the process of being creative and it can help in your day to day life

What you will need:

- open heart to create from

- 1 medium size canvase, the size is really up to you

- set of acrylic paints with large size of the white colour

- set of brushes, the best way is to have at least 5 different sizes ones, but you can use any brushes even from home painting. It is always good to have some fun too and not be so strict with rules. I use makeup brush too :)

- if you want you can also have a spatula, you can buy it in any art shop

- glass jar with water and some cloth to deep your brushes in
