This 3 hours bespoke offering is a gentle combination of Energy Flow practice, Intuitive Art guidance, breath-work, Intuitive Painting and deep journey within.
To paint from a space of oneness with source.

This session will be held in person at The Forge Therapy Centre in Totnes, within beautiful & spacious hall. The space will be carefully prepare for you with table where we will paint intuitively and a therapy couch for your bespoke Energy session, Reiki.
We begin with opening space and short conversation to check how you feel and what are your expectations for next 3 hours. From there we gently move into Energy Aliment. I will invite you to relax on the couch and trust the energy meet you exactly where is needed. I will gently move around you working above your body with occasional gentle touch ( with your consent). This will take approx 45min. ( option of sitting on the chair is available if appropriate )
Then, after, we have quick break. Herbal teas are provided.
After short break we move onto the table and start our Intuitive Art Session. This begins with my presentation to share with you professional artist tips and techniques. from there we move into the intuitive painting. After short breath-work you begin to paint with my gentle guidance.
We finish with closing the space and gentle chat about the session, questions and set up for future intuitive painting in your own space.
